Between you and us, there is always an aesthetician. Choosing in-store delivery and pickup means, above all, supporting local business. That’s why, with us, in-store pickup is free!

You have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept products returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Please contact our customer service before returning the product(s). Return shipping costs are at your expense.
For any product broken or damaged during transport, please contact our customer service at [email protected], indicating your order number, the products concerned, and the issue encountered.
If your order is incomplete, or if you have received products other than those ordered, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
Products purchased online at www.estime-et-sens.ca cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our partner institutes. Likewise, a product purchased in an institute cannot be returned via our online platform.
